This just in. The news just said they're gonna allow the nasal strip. So the other horses can sleep at night.

It's 2 down and one to go for CC but, this is the big one and always seems to be the one that kills the triple crown bid.

You're such a buzzkill FOG. Just kidding.

Hey, I called the exactor with 2 horses on Saturday. 9-1. Yay me, eh?

Admit it though. You want to see the triple finally go again too. You just don't want to hope out loud, right?

I've actually able to say I've seen the last 3 Triple Crown winners. Here's hoping we get another one this year. [B-o]

It'll be tough but it's time for another horse to enter the rarified air of the Triple Crown Circle. I just think that we've seen to many can't miss horses, miss because of the Belmont's distance.

So good luck to Mr. Breathe Right in his quest to be the first Horse to win the Crown since 78. But, if he misses this Triple Crown he could always sign with the NY Yankees and try for Baseball's Triple Crown which given there have been 16 winners compare to 11 in horse racing may be easier for him to accomplish. One of my favorite scenes in movies is in Secretariat, race day after Penny Chenery hugs onto Big Red's head and says to him, "I've run my race, now you run yours".

Then the race begins and the owners of Sham send him out to lure Secretariat into a speed duel, and even though Secretariat is known as an off the pace horse he accepts the challenge. They're ten lengths ahead of the one behind them at the half - nose to nose, eye to eye, neither faltering, each daring the other. Then Secretariat fires into another gear and he's gone. The announcer screams " "Secretariat is widening now! He is moving like a tremendous machine!" And he does widen the lead, 10 lengths, 15, 20, and the only horse he's racing against now is himself, but he's still going, finishing 31 lengths ahead of the rest of them breaking records for speed that have still never been matched.

That was amazing man. Do that again, kay, California Chrome.
