It often happends like that, we are eating something or curing with something, and them scientists are saying that it isn't good. We had something like that with the simple salt, they were calling it "white death" and a lot of people are still eating it and nothing happends, for now only.

A few foods out there that are called white death...
salt - reduce and use sea salt (watch out for processed or fast foods)

sugar - use unprocessed sugar and less of it (we consume 2-3 pounds of sugar per week now where 100 years ago, it was 5 pounds a year) 8O 8O 8O

rice - use brown or wild rice

flour (or white pasta) - whole wheat or other whole grain

milk - ??? I love milk :(

I'd usually agree with you, but there sometimes are dietary hiccups. Example, try to get enough Omega 3-5-9 from small fish - without getting 1000mg of salt at the same time. Or concentrated Ginsing tea - when it would take 3 litres of tea to equal one Cold-FX capsule. (if you have a cold, the dosage is 3 ColdFX 3 times a day, for 18 litres of tea)

Try being on blood thinners, and getting a migraine headache. There is no pain killer you can take, as ASA isn't allowed, and things like Tylenol or Advil will destroy your liver when used with many blood thinners.

Or, you could just get you fat ass off the couch now, and not need all these meds later in life. ;)

That's what I'm working on. :D
But eating good stuff will help a lot, no fast foods and as little processed foods as possible.

The best way to stay healthy, along with NEVER seeing a doctor or going to the hospital. Those places will kill you man!!! 8O

I've had to go to an extreme to get a couple health issues under control. That means things like no more than 2 tablespoons of milk - because of the excess carbs in milk. 8O But the weight loss is worth it. (I was more speaking to myself 20 years ago, not you Raydan) :)

Lots of good foods may have an effect on medication too. I can't recall which medication it is right now, but Grapefruit was one that significantly reduces it's effectiveness. Always consult with a pharmacist as to what you should and shouldn't be taking when taking pills.
Also supplements are non-regulated and therefore can contain nearly anything.

That's another thing, we take WAY too many antibiotics. 8)
Most of the times, our bodies can take care of the problem itself.
