True, but now there's a major difference. He's only dealt with local authorities up until now. Now he's got the FAA and potentially a federal criminal charge staring at him, both for weed and his asshattery on the plane. As was pointed out, one incident on a plane can lead to more than one charge, and the more charges, the more likely something will stick.
