I don't think labour-management relations in Corrections Canada are very good. To be honest, if it were me though, I probably would have delat with it with no need for official help.

What pisses me off is that once again the system appears to be punishing the victims. Since, the rape was likely the primary cause of Rhodes sister's suicide the fucking animal should be tried at the very least for some form of culpable homicide.

As for Rhodes Supervisor saying "suck it up and carry on". Well, that's just good Dept Of Corrections leadership training speaking.

But Bozo the Supervisor should have been alot clearer about what he meant when he said "suck it up" because most people would sucked it up and hired someone to stop the taunting, permanently or done the job themselves.

Well, thank God this guard isn't inclined to murder himself - kinda blurs the distinction between the inmates and the guards.

Very poor management by this supervisor. Where was the union to help the guard with this?
