Horrific...

But...
$1:
The girl finally convinced her attacker to let her go around 4 p.m.

If she was held for 12 hours, she was walking alone on the street at 4 am.
I am sorry, but there is NO FUCKING WAY IN HELL my 16 year old daughter is going to be on the streets by herself at that time of night...

because no one believes society has the right to execute scumbags like this. They would rather keep them housed with tax payer dollers then pay a few bucks for a bullet..

My opinion, shoot him

Sometimes the parents don't support what their kids do, sometimes they are at their wit's end trying to get them to behave...or maybe she jumped out her window. If you had a kid that was determined to disobey then maybe she'd be out at that hour.

I'd love to have these scumbags executed. They should take that guy for a tour of the Pictons'pig farm.

I agree 100%...not to blame the parents since there's only one party to blame, but also the part about: "The 40 year old man offered her a ride home..."

Is it time we started with the public service commercials again? DON'T GET IN THE CAR. Jeziz. Poor kid. That's an awful way to learn that lesson.

I didn't mean to blame the parents...

It was a bit of an implied criticism, and I certainly agree that parents shouldn't let their kids wander about alone at 4 AM, but the fault of this crime lies directly upon the shoulders of the man responsible, who should be convicted and sentenced to the full extent of the law.

I know you didn't Brenda I just didn't want anyone reading it to think we were.

Having a teenage daughter myself I fully accept the idea that the parents may very well have been teaching her the no-brainers from day one and she ignored them. It's not her fault still. It's not the parents fault either. Can't blame the victim. The rapist is the only one responsible for the rape.

Because you cant bring people back from the dead. What is the ratio of acceptable innovcent/guilty deaths...

I fully support killing this man btw. But I would not want to be part of a society that accidently killed an innocent man.

and lately we've seen more than a handful of innocent people let out of jail. Agreed some of them were dirt bags...but one wrong death is one too many.

If that happened to my daughter, I would find a way to make sure that man ceased living...would your execute me for that? And i guess that would be a double standard on my part.
