Read this in this mornings paper and was about to roll my eyes and complain about the judicial system till I read the entire article. The insurance didn't pay for the grow op burning down the house they had to pay for the arson that conveniently burned down the house.
Did he burn his own house down or pay someone to do it. I don't know but I do know he shouldn't have been in a position to burn anything down given his profession and history.
$1:
He was working at the time of the raid and arson as a contractor setting up illegal grow operations in the 100 Mile House area.
Davidson was on bail for assaulting his wife, charges that were later dropped, and was banned as part of a court order from being within 100 metres of his Westsyde house, where she continued to live.
So in this case the judge was right since you can't punish a person even if they're a scum sucking bottom dweller who abuses the system for profit and pleasure especially if you can't prove they had anything to do with one specific crime.
In this case the police, politicians and warped judicial system that allowed him to constantly flaunt laws and restraining orders with impunity should be held to account but, they won't.
