Why the assumption that if they're not white males then they're not qualified?
Who said that?
What I said was that when that special segment of society gets involved in bringing forced Racial Diversity to things like Schools or the Military you lower the threshold to achieve your aim, especially when you have to take the lowest common denominator because that's all that walked through the door and to be honest colour has nothing to do with it.
As a matter of fact, due to a lack of good volunteers, Militaries are lowering their standards to accommodate, white people who aren't properly educated or to be honest, intelligent enough to be in the military, minorities who like the white people aren't properly educated or intelligent enough and all other sundry people in the name of fulfilling their recruiting quota's.
But to claim that Blacks aren't in leadership positions in the numbers some people want is because they're being held back by whitey who is either racist or doesn't think they're intelligent or qualified enough is in most cases blatant crap and the low numbers is probably due more to the fact that there aren't that many in the Military in the first place to warrant the having more in positions of authority.

Of the 970 second lieutenants commissioned from West Point in 2009, only 72 were black. This year's freshman class of 1,248 cadets had 91 African Americans.
