Did you even notice the title of the video you posted? California Drought...not the sharpest knife in the drawer are you?

Cali has droughts I would say 7 out of 10 years on average. The years they don't have droughts they have so much rain it ends up in mudslides taking out houses.

I'm thinking of starting a new hobby; keeping notes on the difference between what an article says, and what people think the article means 'between the lines'. I'm pretty sure I'll find a correlation between what people 'think' is being said, what is actually said, and their political leanings.
