I hope that that is the worst thing the police had to deal with. It would make a good episode on COPS.

. . . the ensuing high speed chase resulted in Police deploying a carrot and Oats belt . . .

I never understood how they could justify charges like DUI on a horse. You are a passenger, the Horse isn't drinking.

$1:
Patrols were stepped up after an Amish elder's property was vandalized when he confronted youths about their drinking and listening to radios.

Wow! The horror! Listening to radio's!
(wonder if it was Nickelback's "figured you out" they were listening to  )

Umm, what did you expect? They're Amish.

The Mennonites in NS are great - they don't make a big deal about their beliefs and sell the best bread and smoked meat ever.

They make the best everything, elderberrywine comes to mind. [B-o] Plus if you know what bars to hit in lethbridge or southern Alberta on saturday after they head back to the colony you can usually strike a good deal for a 6 pack and a few bucks if they have anything left.

Best I ever did at the peeler bar in lethbridge was a loaf of bread, huge chunk of cheese,a whack of garlic sausage and the rights to shoot a deer on their colony for 5 bucks. 8)

They dont ever waste anything though so if you want to be grossed out then ask one what they do with chickens and their brains, they stick their thumbs in and crack off the top of the skull, scoop out the brain and eat it.
8O

Alta redneck can probably confirm this as hes in hutt territory as well.

There's usually Hutterites at the Edmonton Farmers Market, selling Bacon and Chickens. He's typically understated.

The bacon he says is 'ok' is the best bacon ever. Period. Seriously. And if you can get a smoked chicken!!!! OMFG!

Well, no Zig, I've never thought of asking Hutts what they did with chicken brains.

But I always liked working close to a colony, we use to go to the Bow Island farm and get bread every Monday night. :P

I love Hutterite Colonies.

Can't stand the Mennonites. They have a big presence in my area. Ugh...arrogant misguided 'Christians'.
