A simple coating on the windshield of these aircraft and problem solved. I guess 2k for coating a windshield is too much when your spending 2 million. Here try this test tonight, hop on your bicycle tonight and go zipping around with sunglasses rated to protect you from a green laser, then see if you crash.

hey i fully agree i am not a pilot but it is beyond me how we can send a man to the moon and cant figure out how to stop a laser from penetrating a window. Brock you know as well as i do there are materials that stop lasers that are clear and would not obstruct the view.

and the reason you cant tint you front windows is so the cops can see in it that's all

i dont have radar , do these choppers? actually since you guys are pilots please tell me what other navigation instruments these choppers have, or lack of that would make a 1 second laser beam cause them to crash, please
