This is finally a win for the good guys.
The only bad part of this is that if he accepts reinstatement he's likely to be harrassed and fed a steady diet of work shit in order to get him to quit.
When dealing with some bureaucrats it's best to understand that besides being petty power hungry losers they never ever allow what they perceive as a personal slight to go unpunished.
So he had better be prepared for a very rocky ride till retirement.
