In this article, I see no one blame cops. Or say that criminals are good.
All that is said, is that a government department is messing up and that judges are fed up.
They still have to stick to giving the minimum sentence, so I don't necessarily see the difference with any other case, since imho, all judges do lately is give out minimum sentences. Again, my opinion.

The only tihng that's messed up is the Supreme Court has determined that one specific set of people gets extra-lenient sentencing guidelines.
