I think I already read that one so I'm not going to click it but aren't they mostly talking about second generation American Asylum seekers? Anchor babies with their families and such?

So they would prefer to stay in America but Canada is still better than the shithole they'd wind up being sent back to if the current American administration has it's way. That's the impression I got.

Seriously, they should go back to their homes countries, and bring what they learned with them... How do you make a nation not a shit hole? fix it from within.. the west was not always the place it is now.. we had to import ideas and people to make things better.
