My Father trained to fly Mosquitos in Southern Alberta. I have to wonder if he flew this one.

Only if he learned to fly one after the war was over. This one was completed just as the war ended.

If you can find his log book it may tell you. I've seen some WWII combat log books and they usually give the aircraft details. A friend of mine has his dad's log book which I've seen and he too flew Mossies in combat during the war. I'd look there first!!
