A Federal Court ruling means Omar Khadr can significantly expand his $20-million civil lawsuit in which he accuses Ottawa of complicity in what he claims was his torture at the hands of the Americans.

Poor little terrorist didn't get his sleep. Whaaa..and good luck proving beyond reasonable doubt Canada conspired in this. Its not like anyone is going to turn over emails requesting it to him. I hope he does not loose sleep over the possibility of loosing.
