Army officer barred from daughter's high school because he's wearing his uniform

A local Army veteran was not allowed entry into his daughter's school because he was told his uniform may be offensive to others.

If people in this country are offended by the uniforms of the military of this country that is indeed unfortunate BUT PISS OFF.

I'm glad that the schools superintendent apologized to LTC Baker.

"Before he was allowed in, the security guard stopped him and said sorry you're not allowed in the school. Security told him men and women in uniform weren't allowed because it may offend another student."

Looks like Mr. Security didn't understand his job was to provide , not enforce some ideological bullshit.

"The district does not have a policy excluding individuals in uniform."
That was from the Superintendent, who himself is a veteran.
