A Waverley, N.S., man has taken Air Canada to small claims court after he says the country’s largest passenger airline refused to compensate him when he was bumped from a flight last month.
The fine should be $800 to the person, and $100,000 an hour per person paid as a fine to the government. I bet they wouldn't overbook their flights if that was the law.
Overbooked flights drive me nuts. When you don't show up, you won't get your money back. Why is it ok for them to sell a seat twice? People have to be somewhere.
