Going by the article, if this fella wanted a Canadian IT job he'd have to relocate to India.

Who the hell would want to do that?

You have an abundance of empty space between your ears. He can't find work due to OUTSOURCING. This is not a question of being lazy. Learn the difference, or keep your uneducated opinions to yourself.

I am a Journeyman Plumber , I have my own company. I was never scared to relocate for a job and spent 10 years in and out of Ft Mac.

I also have my RE license. Lately I've been enjoying myself in AZ with my RE investments.

On one of my job interviews with a state agency back in 2008 I was told that I was the best candidate but I was being passed over, "Because we can't hire anymore white guys."

I only landed a state job after I decided to identify myself as a Hispanic on the racial identification form that supposedly had no influence on hiring decisions. Yet it clearly did.

My advice the fellow in question is to claim to be a muslim or a First Nations and then he'll move to the top of the list for hiring.

What if you say you're Muslim from the first nations, do they hire you as a CEO ?
