From the look of the picture, that doesn't look like a dog 'bite'. Chances are he was flailing around and the bite turned into a tear, or as a CBC poster commented, the cuts are from something else entirely(glass from a window perhaps)....and besides the k9 dogs are trained not to savage someone

Even better way.. don't smash the buses. Yeah but apparently people "just get mad" and seem to let that rage out, don't know why he didn't just hold it in till he got home and let it out on some computer pixels.

Yup, from the picture I can't see any individual punctures which would happen if the dog circled and bit again, instead it looks like one single long tear which has a shape that I don't think a dog would make without somebody acting like an idiot.
