Haiti's immediate future appears unclear after a dozen presidential candidates called for the annulment of Sunday's general election, citing widespread fraud.

    Earthquakes, hurricanes, cholera. You think after these disasters and their governments inability to respond that the people of Haiti would rise up and enact fundamental change. Nope. Same old same old. If I lived in the Dominican Republic I would be running over to the border with a giant saw and attempt to cut Haiti loose.

    What I saw on the CBC report was mind boggling. Wasn't even close to having legitimacy.
