It isn't just the SJW disruptions that are the problem for Mr. Kapernick, it's the fact that he's really nothing more than a legend in his own mind.
They guy had one good season and then lost his starting job because of a lack of talent and even then you have to look at the system Harbaugh had in place that allowed him to succeed for that one special year.
But this is good news for everyone but Mr. Kapernick because, the rest of us can finally put the, "they didn't give me a shot" bullshit to bed. He tried out and no NFL teams thought he was worth a roster spot even though there are teams out there that have no credible NFL calibre backup.
You think QB's like Andy Dalton or Trubisky are better than Kap? The fact is teams aren't interested in him because they don't to potentially court controversy. Kapernick has been blacklisted and that hasn't changed tryout or no.

32 Year old washed up QB who lost his starting job years ago and then created a scene by kneeling for the national anthem. Yup sounds like a real winner and just the guy you'd want on your team.
BTW here's Mr. Kapernicks NFL stats and once you take out the "rushing records" there's no real advantage especially when you compare it to the two QB's you mentioned.
So there's not much difference except that Andy Dalton has been playing behind a team that has no business claiming they're in the NFL while Colin Kapernick played on team that was stacked and went to the Super Bowl. So, IMO Dalton is the better player because he's managed to keep a decent record despite being handicapped by his GM's draft and free agent selections.
Also one point that doesn't show up on the stats sheet is "Leadership". Dalton is a leader who the players will follow, Kapernick is a divisive shit who is only out for himself.
There’s also the fact that the season is 11 weeks in and taking on a qb would be risky. And if it was one of the shittier teams and Kap started turning things around, they’d lose their draft pick. Who knows. Maybe in the off season a team will give him a real chance.

Not likely. Most employers don't like hiring distractions. And that's what Krapnick is. Actually he's more than that, he's a divisive distraction. Nobody wants that kind of shit on their team.

If he is blacklisted he has no one to blame but himself. He made the pre-game and all the attention about himself not the team and not the game.
The problem before Kapernick is that he's a SJW in an entertainment business where the majority of the audience detests political correctness and SJW activism.
The audience wants to see a game not a fucking political statement.

That simple.
