Border Collies are well known to be very smart dogs, and hence can be taught a lot of tricks. Striker, for example, was trained to be able to open a car window, and this border collie has become so adept at it that it's time to open the window, at 11.34 seconds, ended up joining the ranks of Canadian records in the Guiness Book of Records.
The record was set in Quebec City, Canada.
