Two 13-year-old girls are facing charges after another teen was stabbed “numerous times” in a plaza parking lot in Vaughan.

Considering their age SFA will happen. They will have some pathetic reasoning behind the reasons why they did it. Oh well, carry on...

The victim however, will carry this scar, physically and mentally for the rest of her life.
