I still can't figure out what the Osama Bin Laden conspiracy people are suggesting as a motive. The 9/11 people said it was a scheme to make people accept more government surveillance. But what would be the point of faking Osama's death? To trick us into feeling safer? If he turned up alive later, nobody would ever take anything the U.S. says seriously anymore. The whole thing just seems ridiculous.
