And just to refute the line of bullshit the Liberals are feeding us, again.
$1:
Foreign money funelled towards Canadian political advocacy groups affected the outcome of the 2015 federal election, according to a document filed last week with Elections Canada and obtained exclusively by the Herald.
https://calgaryherald.com/news/national ... l-electionYup, no foreign interference in the Liberals win. I guess the Liberals either have very short memories or, very selective ones.
Oh wait, Maryam Monsef.

$1:
....submitted by Canada Decides, a registered society with three listed directors — including Joan Crockatt, a former Conservative MP for Calgary Centre, who lost her seat to Liberal Kent Hehr...The other two directors include Chad Hallman, a University of Toronto political science student.
Corporations have recenue streams all over the world if they can fund ads why can’t ithr groups with international sources?
You think the oil companies and lobby groups like Canada Petroleum Producers bombarding us with Oilsands commercials day and night get 100% of the revenue in country? Some of that comes from international industry groups.
And neither of the can be equated with interference campaigns controlled and operated by foreign governments. You really can’t tell the difference????
Okay got it.
Rich foreigners who support liberals good. Evil corporations who support Conservatives bad.
But a question. Why does the Canada Elections Act say:
$1:
“No person who does not reside in Canada shall, during an election period, in any way induce electors to vote or refrain from voting or vote or refrain from voting for a particular candidate” unless the person is a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident.
Because they unlike you, don't differentiate between a foreign gov't and a foreign person so logic would dictate that any foreign interference be it by a gov't or individual is ILLEGAL.
And why would they be so obtuse as to make this claim:
“Electoral outcomes were influenced,” alleges the report"
So to answer your first question. Yes I know the difference but when it comes to "foreign interference" it's irrelevant.
