Really to bad if true because, the kid is Million dollar talent with a 10 cent brain and if it isn't true just putting himself in that position proves it.

Yeah, all the talent in the world and zero personal self-control. Exactly the kind of personality you shouldn't give multi-millions per year to and perpetually makes excuses for his behaviour because eventually he's going to cross the legal line in a catastrophic way. This one could be the start of his downfall, especially if the local cops (that usually coddle athletes when they get into trouble) are the ones leading the charge against him.
