Vancouver makes short list for Olympics Date: Wednesday, August 28 2002 Topic: International News Vancouver has made the short list of candidate cities for the 2010 Winter Olympics. Three other cities also made the cut. Bern, Switzerland; Pyeongchang, South Korea; and Salzburg, Austria. I really Hope Vancouver gets the Olympics, this city needs a big party!
