Avril dominates MTV Asia awards

Avril Lavigne took a large share of awards at the second annual MTV Asia Awards Friday night, winning Favorite Female Artist, Favorite Breakthrough Artist and the Style Award.

The Ontario native, known for her edgy skate-punk attitude and style, performed her hit Sk8er Boi from her debut album Let Go for the 8,000-strong crowd at Singapore's Indoor Stadium.
