"Our hope is that it will provide the basis for getting people back to the table," Cellucci said. "And let's hope that we can resolve this long-term dispute." Canada's $10-billion worth of sales to the U.S. took a steep hit after the Americans imposed an average duty of 27.2 per cent on Canadian lumber imports.
